Our teams continue in their Summer Leagues.....

The end of June does not mean the end of Baseball in Kanata. After completing a very successful Spring Little League season, where over 600 players competed, the following teams continue to play over the Summer season in their respective leagues......

- at Rookie,4 teams,  the Kanata Cardinals, Giants, Blue Jays and Red Sox

- at Minor: 4 teams, the Kanata Tigers, Brewers, Yankees and Phillies

- at Major: 3 teams, the Kanata Padres, Yankees and Blue Jays

- at Junior: 2 teams, the Kanata Athletics and White Sox

- at Senior, the Kanata Senior Cubs

- at Mosquito: 3 teams, the Kanata Major, Minor and Select Mosquito Cubs

- at Peewee: 2 teams: the Kanata Major and Minor Peewee Cubs

- at Bantam: 1 team: the Kanata Major Bantam Cubs

And competing in the Eastern Ontario Baseball Association, Minor Bantam Division (website here: http://www.eoba.net/minorbantam.php

Together, these 21 teams of over 250 players are continuing to play and develop their skills through the summer months a 35% increase over previous years. We wish all the teams good fortune through their Summer season and playoffs.
